Crescendo Total Outcome Guarantee Terms
Effective Date: October 23, 2025
Crescendo guarantees measurable improvements in quality, speed and customer satisfaction for new customers.
1. Quality Guarantee
- Crescendo guarantees higher CSAT on AI-resolved interactions compared to your current provider.
- We will analyze at least 30 days of transcripts from your current provider to establish a baseline CSAT, using the same scoring method applied to Crescendo-managed conversations.
- You will not be invoiced until Crescendo exceeds that baseline.
- Performance is measured 30 days after Crescendo goes live and comparisons are based solely on AI-resolved interactions.
- Until that point, Crescendo will issue a service credit equal to your cost per contact for every AI-handled interaction during the applicable billing period. To claim your free month, email TotalGuarantee@crescendo.ai within 30 days of month end.
- Once Crescendo’s CSAT performance meets or exceeds the established baseline, the guarantee is considered fulfilled and standard billing will commence.
Customer must:
- Provide 30–90 days of prior AI-resolved transcripts and invoices.
2. Speed Guarantee
- Crescendo guarantees go-live within 30 days of receiving all required tools, data, and access.
- If Crescendo misses that deadline for reasons within its control, monthly fees will be credited in full until go-live.
Customer must:
- Respond to Crescendo’s requests/ approvals within 24 hours.
- Provides required API keys, credentials and system access for testing.
- Crescendo will be ready for production go-live within 30 days, subject to your timely fulfilment of all conditions and confirmation of readiness.
3. DSAT Guarantee
- Crescendo’s quality-first approach means you never pay for dissatisfied interactions (Predictive CSAT ≤ 2).
- DSATs are auto-credited the following month. Crescendo may validate or adjust DSAT counts before applying credits.
