Wait, how can you afford this promise?

Because our model is built entirely on outcomes, not hours or hype. We only get paid when your customer experience measurably improves in quality, speed, and satisfaction. Our AI and Superhumans are proven to outperform traditional AI for CX setups, so we’re not worried (just ask Rachio or IDEO U).

What do you mean by “best AI quality”?

We guarantee higher customer satisfaction (CSAT) on AI-handled interactions than your current provider. If we don’t beat your baseline CSAT, you won’t be invoiced until we do.

How fast can we really go live?

Buckle up! We’re guaranteeing 30 days or less from when you hand over the tools, data, and access. If we miss that deadline for reasons within our control, your entire implementation is free.

What if customers aren’t happy with an interaction?

You never pay for a DSAT (a dissatisfied interaction, defined as Predictive CSAT ≤ 2). Those are auto-credited the next month - no debates, no tickets.

Does this apply only to AI?

Nope. Our guarantee covers both AI and Superhuman resolutions. While other “AI guarantees” stop at containment rates, Crescendo’s covers the entire customer experience: setup, management, and every customer service touchpoint.
